Ingredients

  • Rice flour 2 cups


  • Maida 2 tsp


  • Fresh grated coconut 2 cups


  • Jaggery powder 1cup


  • Cardamom powder 1/2tsp


  • oil 2tsp

Directions

  • Take a bowl add maida,rice flour mix add water make a semi liquid batter rest in 20 minutes.
  • Take a wok add coconut,jaggery powder and cardamom powdermix and make a dry stuffing.
  • Take a pan add oil and pour rice batter and make a pattisapta fry for both sides and stuff with coconut stuffing and fold.
  • Serve pattisapta(bengali dish)
