  • Maida 1cup

  • Besan 2tsp

  • Hot pure ghee 2tsp

  • Curd 2tsp

  • Baking soda 2 pinch

  • water 1 cup

  • Saffron color 1/5tsp

  • Sugar 1cup

  • Cardamom powder 2 pinch

  • Pure ghee 2 cups for frying


  • Take a bowl add maida,besan,soda,curd and half quantity of saffron color mix well add water make a ooth and lumpsfree semi liquid batter take a rest for 30 minutes.
  • Take a pan add sugar,half quantity of color and water make a sugar syrup semi thick add cardamom powder.
  • Take a batter mix for one time and take a sauce bottle then jalebi batter pour in bottle.
  • Take a heavy bottom flat surface pan add ghee,then ghee hot make a jalebi in hot ghee.
  • Jalebi fry for both sides and jalebi dip in lukewarm sugar syrup after few second jalebi out in syrup and serve.
  • Hot Hot jalebi serve.
