Soak basmati rice, 20 minutes .
Now heat pressure cooker , add ghee and fry Cashew, raisins and Almonds . Keep aside
In the same cooker add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and saute.
Add sliced onions and fry till it turns into golden colour.
Add ginger paste and saute 2 minutes.
Now add soaked rice and 2 cups of water, add Cardamom pd, cumin pd, and fennel pd.
Add 2 green chiili , sugar and salt to taste. Cover the lid of pressure cooker.
Cook in high flame upto 2 wishtle and turn off the gas flame.
When gas is removed from the pressure by own then open the the lid and if it cooked properly or not.
Serve hot with any veggies or tadka.
