Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgs panner cut in cubes


  • 2 cups tomato puree


  • 1 cups onion puree


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 2 nos tej patta


  • 1 nos dalchini stick


  • 8-10 nos cloves


  • 1 tsp kaju chopped


  • 1/2 tsp ghee


  • 1/2 cups fresh cream


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder


  • 1/2 tsp kasturi methi

Directions

  • Ek pan main ghee dale.
  • Then kaju dale.
  • Halka brown karle.
  • Kadai main butter dale .
  • Then purees dale.
  • Cook kare.
  • Then masale,kasturi methi dale cook kare..
  • Jab masala cook ho jaye paneer add kare..
  • 1 cup water dale.
  • Ek boil lagaye.
  • Cream dale.
  • Mix kare
  • Kaju n chopped coriander se garnish kare.
