1/2 kgs panner cut in cubes
2 cups tomato puree
1 cups onion puree
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp butter
2 nos tej patta
1 nos dalchini stick
8-10 nos cloves
1 tsp kaju chopped
1/2 tsp ghee
1/2 cups fresh cream
1 pinch salt to taste
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp paneer masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder
1/2 tsp kasturi methi
Directions
Ek pan main ghee dale.
Then kaju dale.
Halka brown karle.
Kadai main butter dale .
Then purees dale.
Cook kare.
Then masale,kasturi methi dale cook kare..
Jab masala cook ho jaye paneer add kare..
1 cup water dale.
Ek boil lagaye.
Cream dale.
Mix kare
Kaju n chopped coriander se garnish kare.
