Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups red bell pepper(cut in square)


  • 1/2 cups capsicum (cut in squares)


  • 2 cups cottage cheese(cut in cubes)


  • 1 nos length wise cut onion


  • 1 cups water


  • 1/3 cups fresh cream


  • 3 cups tomato puree


  • 2 cups onion puree


  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder


  • 1 tsp kasturi methi


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 1/2 tsp mustered oil


  • 3 cups for naan :plain flour


  • 1 cups luck warm water or as per the requirement.


  • 1/3 tsp salt


  • 1/3 cups curd


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp kalunji


  • 1 tsp kasturi methi

Directions

  • Take a wok.
  • Add oil n cumin seeds in it..
  • When it become hot..
  • Add ginger garlic paste in it..
  • Saute it for 2 mins.
  • Then add onion puree..n chopped onion n
  • Cook it till it become golden brown..
  • Then add tomato puree in it..
  • Cover it n cook it on slow flame
  • When oil comes out on the puree.
  • Add all spices n capsicum n bell pepper in it
  • Cover it n cook it on slow flame for 10mins..
  • Then add water n cook it for 5mins
  • Then add cottage cheese in it.
  • Cover it n cook it for 5mins on slow flame.
  • Then add fresh cream n little butter in it.
  • Mix it.
  • N serve hot
  • For naan : Take a small bowl.
  • Add kalunji n kasturi in it.
  • N mix it..
  • Then take a big bowl..
  • Add plain flour , salt,sugar,baking soda,baking powder in it..
  • N mix it well.
  • Then add curd n water in it
  • N mix it well
  • N make fine dough
  • Cover it n leave it for 1hour..
  • Then take small ball of dough
  • Put kasturi methi n kalunji mixture On the one side of ball
  • Dust little plain flour on the surface..
  • Roll it with the help of rolling pin.. N make naan shape..
  • Then spread little water on the plain side of naan.. N put it on hot tawa..
  • N cook both side of naan..
  • Spread little butter on it..
  • N serve hot with kadai bell pepper paneer
