  • potatoes boiled n cut into roundels 250 gms

  • fresh cream 1/2 cups

  • milk 1 cups

  • curd 1/2 cups

  • onion 1 nos

  • tomato 1 nos

  • ginger garlic turned into a paste 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • turneric 1 tsp

  • dhania powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • Coriander for garnishing 1 sprig

    Heat oil add the all the dry masalas n cook for a min add the onion paste n cook on low flame till oil seperates now add the cream n curd and cook for few mins add the boiled potatoes stir well n finally add milk ..give 2_3 boils n off the flame garnish witj coriander n enjoy this creamy potatoes with nan or chappati
