Mutton 800 gms
Whole red chilly 10 to 15
Salt 1 tsp
Clarified butter 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves 8 to 10
Directions
METHOD Heat clarified butter in a pan, Add whole red chilly to crackle. Add mutton pieces and cook on a slow flame till tender. Add garlic cloves and salt and cook in a slow flame for five mins. Serve hot.
