In a bowl take maida/refined flour, add ghee for moin then knead soft dough with water.
Rest it for 20 minutes.
Now , heat a pan add mawa fry it for 10 minutes, when it becomes soft turn off the gas flame.
After cooling down the mawa, add powdered sugar and chopped dry fruits.
Now, after 20 minutes the dough becomes set and now make small balls , small then the size of lemon.
Now roll the balls and stuff with mawa then bind them carefully.
Prepare all the kachoris like this and deep fried in simmer gas.
Now , make sugar syrup for this in a sauce pan or vessel add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water then cook until the sugar dissolves.
Now check the sugar syrup if it becomes sticky then turn off the gas flame.
Now dip all the fried kachoris in sugar syrup and place it on a plate.
Mawa Kachori is ready to serve.
