Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Fish 1/2 kg(fleshy)

  • Pepper corns 1 tbsp

  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tbsp

  • Kashmir chilli 1tbsp

  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp

  • Jeera 1/2 tbsp

  • Oil. 2 tbsp

Directions

    Dry roast all the ingredients in tava.

    Then grind into fine powder.

  • 03

    Then to this powder add little limejuice and oil and prepare a mixture.

  • 04

    Marinate the fish with this mixture and leave it for half an hour.

  • 05

    Then deep fry it and serve it with main course.
