Ingredients

  • Fish 1/2 kg(fleshy)


  • Pepper corns 1 tbsp


  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tbsp


  • Kashmir chilli 1tbsp


  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp


  • Jeera 1/2 tbsp


  • Oil. 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Dry roast all the ingredients in tava.
  • Then grind into fine powder.
  • Then to this powder add little limejuice and oil and prepare a mixture.
  • Marinate the fish with this mixture and leave it for half an hour.
  • Then deep fry it and serve it with main course.
