Firstly roast onion n tomatoes directly on the flame. Let it cool.
Peel the tomatoez n chop both onion n tomatoes n keep aside.
Now coarsely grind garlic n chillies.
Now heat oil in a kadhai.
Add cumin seeds n wen they start spilttering hing n then add onion n saute till transparent.
Now add ginger chilli paste.
n saute it nicely.
Now add all the dry spices n keep stirring till oil seperates.
Add the tomatoes n curd n cook on low flame till tomatoes are completely mashed n mixed well.
Now add milk n again cook till milk evaporates.
You get a thick consistency.
Now put cheese n mix well.
Cook for 3_4 mins more on low flame.
Off the flame .
Transfer it in a servung dish n serve hot with chappati or nan.
