Ingredients

Serves 4

  • curd 1 cups

  • besan 1/2 cups

  • 1 head garlic a piece of ginger n 7_8 green chillies grounded coarsely 1 nos

  • mustard seeds 1 tsp

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • Coriander 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste. 1 pinch

  • Recipe of bhajiyas : besan 1 cups

  • onion chopped 1 nos

  • small potato finely chopped 1 nos

  • green chillies 2 nos

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • chat masala 2 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • anardana (coarsely grounded) 1 tsp

  • Coriander leaves 7-8 nos

Directions

    In a bowl mix curd n besan by adding water ..mix it nicely with dal ghotni so dat there r no lumps of besan or curd.

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds.

  • 03

    Wen it starts splittering add ginger garlic paste n stir well cook for few mins add curry leaves.

    Add the besan curd batter n let it boil.add turmeric n salt.

    adjust the kadhi by adding water accordingly.

    After 1 boil let it boil on low flame for atleast 20_25 mins

  • 07

    While serving garnish with coriander n add bhajiya.

    Serve hot with rice or chappati.

    For bhajiyas :Mix all the ings add water accordingly.

    Your batter should be semi liquid.

    Deep fry on medium flame.till golden brown crispy. Serve hot .
