  • Yoghurt- 400ml

  • Condensed milk- 100ml

  • Amul fresh cream- 200ml

  • Jaggery powder- 1/2cup

  • Green cardamom powder- 1tsp

  • Nuts- 1/4cup

  • Jaggery- 1/2cup

  • Water- 4tbsp


  • Spread a muslin cloth on a colander and now pour curd in that and keep for 40 mins to drain all the extra water. this will prevent the final product less watery
  • In a sauce pan add jaggery and water. Cook this up to 1 thread consistency and keep aside
  • In a big mixing bowl add yoghurt, cream, condensed milk and jaggery powder. Mix it properly and let the jaggery mix in . Finally add green cardamom powder to it and mix
  • Pour this mixture in a bake profe serving bowl and tap on the platform
  • Then preheat the oven for 10mins
  • Now in a big baking tray add hot water and place the bowl on it . cover the bowl with a silver foil
  • Bake this for about 40 to 45 mins or up to the skewer stick comes out clean.
  • After baking bring out from oven and allow to cool down.
  • Then keep in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours
  • Chop the nuts
  • While serving in a bowl serve curd, then drizzle some jaggery mixture and add some nuts..
