Spread a muslin cloth on a colander and now pour curd in that and keep for 40 mins to drain all the extra water. this will prevent the final product less watery
In a sauce pan add jaggery and water. Cook this up to 1 thread consistency and keep aside
In a big mixing bowl add yoghurt, cream, condensed milk and jaggery powder. Mix it properly and let the jaggery mix in . Finally add green cardamom powder to it and mix
Pour this mixture in a bake profe serving bowl and tap on the platform
Then preheat the oven for 10mins
Now in a big baking tray add hot water and place the bowl on it . cover the bowl with a silver foil
Bake this for about 40 to 45 mins or up to the skewer stick comes out clean.
After baking bring out from oven and allow to cool down.
Then keep in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours
Chop the nuts
While serving in a bowl serve curd, then drizzle some jaggery mixture and add some nuts..
