Serves 4
For filling of Kachori -boiled moong 1 bowls
chopped boiled potato 1 nos
khari boondhi 3 tbsp
boiled Chana 1 bowls
white matar 1 bowls
Hang curd 1 bowls
pomegranate for garnish 1 nos
chopped tomatoes for garnish 1-2 nos
chutney of hara dhaniya 2 tbsp
Imlee ki khatti meethi chutney 1 tsp
bhuna hua geera 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
black salt 1/4 tsp
chaat masala 1/4 tsp
Barik sev 1/2 bowls
For dough - suji 1/2 bowls
maida 1 bowls
wheat flour 1/2 bowls
oil for moyan 2-3 tsp
salt (as per taste) 1 tsp
baking powder 1/4 tsp
Oil for deep-frying of kachori 1 bowls
Directions
mix the above ingredients required for dough, kneed the daugh and keep it for 30 minutes.
and make kachori or puri, than deep fry on midium to low flame.
then fill the kachori with boiled moong and all other ingredients mentioned above and garnish and serve!
