Ingredients
Serves : 4
150 gms soya chunks wash n boil in a pan drain n keep aside
4 nos onion finely chopped
3 nos tomatoes
4-5 nos green chillies
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tbsp dhania powder
1 1/2 tsp garam masala
2 nos tej patta
1 pinch salt as per taste
1 sprig coriander for garnishing
Directions
Heat oil in a cooker add onion till u get light brown add all the dry masalas n cook till oil for 2-3 mins add tomatoes n mix well put 1 cup water n gv 3-4 whistle
Now open the cooker n mix the gravy with the dal ghotni n cook till oil seperates
add soya chunks n keep stirring for few mins then add 1 glass of water n gv 3-4 whistle.
note for non- vegan can use the gravy for making mutton just add 1;2 cup curd in the gravy..n enjoy with nan or paratha
