rawa 1 cups
curd 1/2 cups
Salt as per taste 1 tsp
cooking soda or eno 1/4 tsp
Ings for tadka : mustard seeds 2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
green chopped 5-6 nos
Few curry leaves 1 sprig
For garnishing: Coriander 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
chat masala 1/2 tsp
Mix rawa with curd n let it ferment for an hour.
Now add salt and soda
Boil water in a pan .
Grease the thali and pour the batter and place the thali on the pan.
Cover the thali and let it steam for 10_12 mins or till done.
Have a tooth pik test it should come out clean.
Once done give tadka of mustard seeds green chillies and curry leaves.
Spinkle sum red chillies chat masala & garam masala (optional)
Garnish with coriander.
Cut in to pieces and serve hot with green chutney or sauce
