Ingredients

Serves 4

  • urad dal dhuli hui ( bina dhuli bhi le sakate hai over night soak karake dal mai se pani ki help se chilka saaf kar sakate hai ) 50 gram moong dal dhuli hui 200 gms

  • hanged dahi 500 gms

  • sugar powder or bura ( as your taste ) 70 gms

  • Roasted jeera powder 1 tsp

  • Kala namak ( black salt ) 1 tsp

  • Lal mirch powder 1 tsp

  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

  • Salt as par taste 1 tsp

  • Oil for deep fry 1 bowls

Directions

    Urad dal n moong Dal ko over night soak kar le.dal ko chan kar dal mai se pani nikal le.

    Dal ko mixture mai barikh grind kar le .

    Dal ko ek bade bowl mai nikal kar use 5 - 10 minutes tak hath se fete jab tak dal halki n soft nahi ho jati hai.

    Ek bade baratan mai lagbhag 2 liter pani le ( as par requirements ) aur kunkuna garam kar le fir usame salt dal kar achche se mila le.

    Kadadi mai oil dalkar gas par oil garam kare jab oil garam ho jaye to midium to high flam par wade saik le .

    Wade ko sakane ke bad garam pani jo garam kiya tha usi mai dalti jaye ( wade garam pani mai garam hi dalne hai nahi to achche se fulege nahi )garam pani ka baratan dak kar rakhe .

    Tow hour tak bhigo kar rakhe. Ab wade ko pani se bahar nikal le n hath se halka sa daba kar pani nikal de.

    Ab hanged dahi mai sugar powder mila kar mix kar le fir usame bade dal de aur 10 minutes tak rahane de.

    Wade ko ek plate mai nikale kala namak , lal mirch powder, roasted jeera powder, and chaat masala dal kar surve kare.
