Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 Cup Besan


  • 3tbs 1/2 Cup yogurt


  • 1 tsp Ajwain


  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp Coriander powder


  • 1.5 tsp Deggi mirch


  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp Kitchen king masala


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 1/4 cup cashew paste


  • 2 tbs Cream


  • 1/2 tsp whole coriander seeds


  • 2 dry red chilli


  • 2 bay leaves


  • 2 black Cardamoms


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 2 tsp ginger julliene


  • 1 tsp kasoori methi


  • 1.5 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 2 tbs 1/4 cup ghee


  • 2 cups water


  • 2 tbs Chopped nuts (mix nuts)


  • 1 Tomato paste

Directions

  • take besan in a mixing bowl & add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,ajwain,1/2 tsp deggi Mirch,2 tbs ghee,1/3 cup curd & knead a dough
  • Now make small tikki and fill these with chopped nuts & make a small Ball
  • Boil these balls into hot water for 10 minutes on low-medium heat & then take out
  • Deep fry the balls into hot oil on medium heat for 3-4 minutes
  • Add remaining ghee in a kadhai & add whole spices
  • Now add remaining turmeric powder,deggi Mirch, coriander powder, Kitchen king masala,salt mix
  • Add tomato paste & cook for 2 minutes
  • Add cashew paste ,curd and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat
  • Now add water & let it simmer for 3-4 minutes
  • Now add balls and cook for 2 minutes then switch off the gas
  • Now add cream,kasoori methi & serve hot
