take besan in a mixing bowl & add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,ajwain,1/2 tsp deggi Mirch,2 tbs ghee,1/3 cup curd & knead a dough
Now make small tikki and fill these with chopped nuts & make a small Ball
Boil these balls into hot water for 10 minutes on low-medium heat & then take out
Deep fry the balls into hot oil on medium heat for 3-4 minutes
Add remaining ghee in a kadhai & add whole spices
Now add remaining turmeric powder,deggi Mirch, coriander powder, Kitchen king masala,salt mix
Add tomato paste & cook for 2 minutes
Add cashew paste ,curd and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat
Now add water & let it simmer for 3-4 minutes
Now add balls and cook for 2 minutes then switch off the gas
Now add cream,kasoori methi & serve hot
