Heat heavy buttom kadai add atta to it anfd dry roast it properly
It should be roasted up to a sweet aroma comes
Then add ghee to it and roast it for 5 mins more
Make powder out of green cardamom abd clove and keep aside
Now add sugar to it and mix.
Now switch off the gas and remove from gas
Add powdered spices to it and mix properly
Niw let it cool down a bit. It should be enough hot to touch.
Then prepare ladoo out of the roasted atta
