  • Atta (wheat flour)- 1 1/2cup

  • Ghee- 1/2cup

  • Sugar- 1/2cup

  • Cardamom- 4

  • Clove- 4


  • Heat heavy buttom kadai add atta to it anfd dry roast it properly
  • It should be roasted up to a sweet aroma comes
  • Then add ghee to it and roast it for 5 mins more
  • Make powder out of green cardamom abd clove and keep aside
  • Now add sugar to it and mix.
  • Now switch off the gas and remove from gas
  • Add powdered spices to it and mix properly
  • Niw let it cool down a bit. It should be enough hot to touch.
  • Then prepare ladoo out of the roasted atta
  • It is part of 56 bhog of Lord Jagannath.
