Ingredients

Serves : 40
  • Raw rice 1 1/2 kg


  • Boiled rice 1 1/2 kg


  • Coconut 5big


  • Sugar 500g


  • Small onion 1/2 kg


  • Cumin seed 3 tbsp


  • Egg 5

Directions

  • 1 Grind Both rice into fine powder
  • Heat a kadai
  • Fry rice flour
  • Sprinkle 1/2 glass water n fry
  • After aroma comes switch off n keep it aside to cool down completely
  • Use strainer to seperate lumps
  • Heat kadai add rice lumps n oil 200ml then fry well
  • Switch off the flame after color changed
  • Coconut milk: coconut + 1 litre water. Grind well. Extract coconut milk.
  • Add blended sugar powder in coconut milk. Heat till warm.
  • Grind small onion+cumin seed+egg to a smooth paste
  • Final step: add rice flour, grinded lumps, onion paste, coconut milk
  • Mix well like dough
  • Take small size ball, spread it like chappati, use any stick to roll it like a tube.
  • Heat enough oil. Fry it. Healthy Crispy Traditional Sweet Kulaai Paniyaaram ready
