Ingredients

Serves 4

  • palak 1 cups

  • methi 1 cups

  • chuka 1 cups

  • shepu (dil leavez) 1/2 cups

  • chana dal 1 cups

  • potato 1 nos

  • carrot 1 nos

  • onion 2 nos

  • tomatoes 3-4 nos

  • flakes of garlic 4-5 nos

  • red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • haldi 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • sabzi masala 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste. 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a cooker n saute onion till little brownish. Add half of the greens then put dal potato n carrot.now put the remaining greens. N let it cook in its own till it settles down

    Now put the tomatoes n spices.. n cook n keep stirring cintinuously ..when it becomes little dry n starts leaving sides add 1/+1/2 glass of water n give 4_5 whistles.

    Now when you open uf you find it watery the dry keep on flame again n till u get a semi liquid consistency.

    Now mixed it with a wooden dal ghotni till dal n palak gets mixed n combine to each other.

    put in a serving bowl n give tadka of garlic.
