Mix all the above ings n make a dough.
Cover n keep it
Ur dough shud not be very sticky.
If it is den add sum more poha powdered or rice flour.
for the filling : Heat oil in a kadhai n saute onion till transparent.
Now add mutter n dry spices coriander n cook on low flame till u get a dry mixture.
Off the flame n let it cool.
Now give jst one grind to the mutter mixture.
Preparing the cigars..
Make small size balls from the potato dough n flaten it with ur fingers to a small puri size.
Place the mutter mixture in the center n close it from all sides in such a way to get a log shape.
Deep fry.
Serve hot with sauce.
