Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chappatiez (leftover) 4-5 nos

  • tomato puree 1 cups

  • mustard seed 2 tsp

  • green chillies 3-4 nos

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • haldi 1 tsp

  • dhania powder 2 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • Coriander 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan n roast mustard seeds

  • 02

    When they start splittering add green chilliez n curry leaves.

    Roast for few secs. Then add tomato puree n dry masalas.

    N cook o low flame till u get a nice thick paste of tomatoes n oil seperates.

    Now break the chappaties into small pieces n add to the tomato paste mix well n cook for few mins.

    Now add atleast 2 glasses if water n let it cook. Till chappaties are tender n mixed with the tomato gravy.

    If you want make it dry or can have little thick gravy .. Enjoy hot.
