  • 4-5 nos chappatiez (leftover)

  • 1 cups tomato puree

  • 2 tsp mustard seed

  • 3-4 nos green chillies

  • 1 sprig curry leaves

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp haldi

  • 2 tsp dhania powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 pinch salt as per taste

  • 1 tsp coriander


  • Heat oil in a pan n roast mustard seeds
  • When they start splittering add green chilliez n curry leaves.
  • Roast for few secs. Then add tomato puree n dry masalas.
  • N cook o low flame till u get a nice thick paste of tomatoes n oil seperates.
  • Now break the chappaties into small pieces n add to the tomato paste mix well n cook for few mins.
  • Now add atleast 2 glasses if water n let it cook. Till chappaties are tender n mixed with the tomato gravy.
  • If you want make it dry or can have little thick gravy .. Enjoy hot.
  • Have as ur breakfast.
