  • 1 Pinch of hing

  • 1 tea spoon Rai

  • 1 Tea spoon meethi daana

  • 8/9 leaves of curry paattaa

  • 2 red chilli

  • 2 green chilli

  • 5 table spoon oil

  • 2cup dahi 1/2 cup besan (blend it together)

  • 1 table spoon salt(add according to ur taste)

  • 1tea spoon haldi

  • 1 tea spoon red chilli powder

  • 4 glass of water

  • For pakora- (2/3 table spoon besan water haldi red chilli powder pinch of soda) make the batter n fry the pakora in oil

  • 6/7 Dhaniya leaves


  • Take a pan, add oil let thr oil heat n then add hing rai curry paata meethi daana red chilli green chilli
  • Mix well until meethi daana gets brown
  • Now add haldi red chilli powder n mix well
  • Now add the mixture of dahi n besan
  • Now add water n mix it well
  • Mix it well n let a boil come in the kadi
  • After 1 boil put the flame on low n let it cook for 45 mins n also mix with spoon after every 10 mins
  • Close the flame after 45 mins...serve with rice n roti and also garnish kadi with daniya leaves n curry paata
