Firstly make a paste for green masala by grinding coriander green chillies garlic n tomatoes
Now wash n boil palak by adding a pinch of soda to retain its color. N den make puree..
Now heat oil in a kadhai add the green masala along with haldi n cook on medium flame till oil seperates.
Add the mushrooms n cook for 7_8 mins
Now add the palak puree n cook for few mins..
Serve hot with chappati or nan.
