Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups rajma soaked for 2_3 hours


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 nos onion


  • 4 nos tomatoes


  • 2 nos tej patta


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp dhania powder


  • 1 tbsp rajma masala


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste

Directions

  • Make a paste of onion n tomatoes.
  • Heat oil in a cooker n saute gg paste.
  • Add the onion paste n all the dry masalas tej patta n cook till oil seperates
  • keep stirring in between.
  • Now add rajma n let it cook on mediym flame.
  • When it starts leaving sides add water accordingly n give 4_5 whistles.
  • Simple n easy but yummiii rajma ready to serve with rice..
