mediium size boiled potatoes 2 nos
mutter boiled n coarsely grounded 1/2 cups
capsicum finly chopped 1 nos
big carrot grated 1 nos
grated cheese 1 cups
dry raosted besan 2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
red chilli 1 tsp
amchur powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
chat masala 1 tsp
Salt as per taste 1 pinch
Mix all the above ings.. n make a dough.
Divide the dough into two equal parts.
Apply oil on ur palm n make a flat log n cut into small pieces.
Now make a thin paste by mixing 1 tbsp cornstarch 2tbsp maida add 4_5 tbsp of water.
Now dip 1 by 1 nuggets to maida paste n let them rest for 15_20 mins..
Now take 2_3 tbsp of oats grind them coarsely .
Coat each nugget in oats from all sides n deep fry.
