  • Wheat flour 2 cup

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Oil 1 teaspoon

  • Desi ghee 2 teaspoon

  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • In a bowl add wheat flour and oil mix it well
  • Now add Cumin seeds and salt
  • Mix all ingredients well with required water and knead a dough
  • Now take a ball size amount from the dough
  • Roll it little thick like a chapati
  • Heat tawa and place the roti on it
  • Now with your finger or thumb make a small small pinch (like in picture)
  • When its cook from one side flip it
  • Now remove it from a tawa and cooked directly on high flame
  • When its cooked in brown color place it on a plate
  • Spread desi ghee all over the roti and serve hot with dal or sabji
