In a pan heat clarified butter and add all the flours and roast till you get a nice Aroma and colour.
In a separate vessel add sugar and water and cook till the sugar is dissolved
when the flour is properly roasted, at this stage add the water and sugar mixture into the flour and mix by stirring continuously
add dry fruits and keep on stirring till halwa leaves sides of the pan
Shahi halwa is ready, garnish with dry fruits and Serve hot
