In a bowl, add rice, curd, salt, Ginger, carrot, coriander leaves and give it a mix
for tempering- heat oil in a Wok and add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds and let them splutter.
now add dried Red Chillies, green chillies and curry leaves and Saute for a minute
Add this tempering to the rice mix and gently mix.
garnish with coriander leaves and carrot and serve.
