Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup boiled rice


  • 1-1/2 cup curd


  • 1 tablespoon chana dal


  • 1 tbsp urad dal


  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds


  • 5-6 curry leaves


  • 2 dried Red Chillies


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp finely chopped ginger


  • 2 green chilles chopped


  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves finely chopped


  • 2 tbsp grated carrot


  • 2 teaspoon oil for tempering

Directions

  • In a bowl, add rice, curd, salt, Ginger, carrot, coriander leaves and give it a mix
  • for tempering- heat oil in a Wok and add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  • now add dried Red Chillies, green chillies and curry leaves and Saute for a minute
  • Add this tempering to the rice mix and gently mix.
  • garnish with coriander leaves and carrot and serve.
