Combine the cottage cheese, semolina, black cardamom powder and sugar powder mix thoroughly and knead thoroughly to smoothen and soften the dough , divided into equal portions and shape each into small puri , keep a side.

Then take a heavy bottomed pan and heat ghee. Fry the puris in it till light brown colour. Then keep it aside.
Heat a heavy bottomed pan add the milk and bring it to a boil. Then add sugar and cardamom powder. Simmer the milk till it's reduced to half. Then add the puris into the mixture.
