  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 2 tsp semolina

  • 1 black cardamom

  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds

  • 1 tsp sugar powder

  • 2 cups Milk

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • Oil or ghee for frying 1/2 cup

  • For garnish pistachio crushed 3 nos


  • Combine the cottage cheese, semolina, black cardamom powder and sugar powder mix thoroughly and knead thoroughly to smoothen and soften the dough , divided into equal portions and shape each into small puri , keep a side.
  • Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape each into small puri.
  • Then take a heavy bottomed pan and heat ghee. Fry the puris in it till light brown colour. Then keep it aside.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan add the milk and bring it to a boil. Then add sugar and cardamom powder. Simmer the milk till it's reduced to half. Then add the puris into the mixture.
  • Garnish with pistachio crush.
