  • 1 cups suji /rawa

  • 1 cups besan/gram flour

  • 1 cups sugar

  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder

  • 1 cups desi ghee

  • 1/2 cups chopped dry fruits


  • Heat a pan, add 1/2 cup ghee and roast gram flour /besan until it turns golden and nice aroma comes out.
  • Now add the rest ghee, and roast rawa/suji until it turns light brown and aroma comes out. And keep aside
  • Now prepare sugar syrup, add sugar and water and make sugar syrup of one string.
  • Now add roasted rawa/suji and roasted besan / gram flour on the sugar syrup and stir continuously . Turn off the flame and let it be cool.
  • Now add Cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits. Mix well
  • After cool down make laddoos.
