  • 1 cups maida

  • 1/2 cups dahi

  • 1/2 cups sugar (powder form

  • 1/4 cups oil

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tbsp paan mixture ( 3paan leaves 1tea spoon katha 1/2 tea spoon chuna 1/2 tea spoon sweet chuti 1/2 tea spoon fennel seeds 1/2 tea spoon cardamon)

  • 2 tbsp grated coconut

  • 1/2 cups tutty fruity


  • Take All Dry Ingredients In A Plate That Is Maida, Baking Powder And Soda And Half Of Coconut Grated Mix These All With A Spoon
  • In A Bowl, Add Dahi And Sugar N Mix It Well
  • Now ,Add Oil , Vanilla Essence And Paan Mixture And Mix It Well
  • Now, Add Tutty Frooty N Mix It Well.
  • Take A Cooker Put In On Low Flame N Remove Whistle Of It
  • Put A Stand Inside The Cooker And Now, Take Aluminum Utensil That Can Go Easily Inside Cooker
  • Take Utensil Grease It With Oil N Then Dust It With Maida
  • Now, Add The Mixture In The Utensil And On The Above Of The Micture Dust Some Tutty Frooty And Put The Utensil Inside The Cooker N Close The Cooker N Keep The Flame On Low.
  • Bake The Cake Till 40 Minutes
