Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Arhar daal 1/2 cup


  • Masoor dal 1/2 cup


  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon


  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • Garlic chopped 2 teaspoon


  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon


  • Dry red chilli 3


  • Oil 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Wash and soaked dal
  • In a pressure cooker add dal along with required water
  • Now add red chilli, turmeric, 1 teaspoon of garlic and salt mix it well and pressure cooked till dal become soft and tender
  • When its become soft slightly mashed it and transfer in a serving bowls
  • Now heat oil in apan add chopped garlic, cumin seeds and dry red chilli when its crackle transfer this tadka on a dal
  • Serve hot with rice and roti
