Wash and soaked dal
In a pressure cooker add dal along with required water
Now add red chilli, turmeric, 1 teaspoon of garlic and salt mix it well and pressure cooked till dal become soft and tender
When its become soft slightly mashed it and transfer in a serving bowls
Now heat oil in apan add chopped garlic, cumin seeds and dry red chilli when its crackle transfer this tadka on a dal
Serve hot with rice and roti
