Chicken - 100-150 gms boneless cut into medium size strips
Noodles - 1 packet
Oil - 2 tbsp
Carrot - 1 cut into julienne
French Beans - 5-6 chopped
Green and Red Chilly - 2 deseed and sliced
Onion - 1 large thinly sliced
Garlic - 2-3 sliced
Szechwan sauce - 2 tbsp 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tbsp or to taste
Water 2 cups as required to boil the noodles
Take water in a pan. Bring to boil, add the noodles and cook for 10 mins or fellow the instruction given in the packet. Drain the water and pour normal water and drain. Repeat it. Add some drops of oil, mix and keep aside.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chicken, salt to taste and saute on medium-high heat for about 5 mins.
Add 1 tsp Szechwan sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce and few drops of vinegar and saute further for another 10 mins or little more till the chicken changes its colour and slightly brown stirring continuously.
Add the carrots, beans, garlic, onion and the chillies and stir fry for few mins.
Add the noodles, salt to taste, remaining schzewan sauce, Soya sauce, vinegar and chilly flakes and toss them well together for few mins and take off the heat.
