Melt the chocolate along with butter in microwave, nearly for a minute.
Stir it well so that it becomes a homogeneous mass.
Add sugar in chocolate syrup and mix well.
Then add curd, vanilla, ginger powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, salt and soda. Mix well.
Add sourdough starter and gently fold in till it gets completely mixed with chocolate mixture.
Preheat oven to 350'F
Pour batter in 9" greased baking tin and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
