Ingredients

Serves 12

  • 1cup flour

  • 1/2cup oil

  • 1cup Beetroot puree

  • 1cup sugar

  • Vanilla essence 1tsp

  • 2 eggs

  • Cocoa powder 4tbsp

  • 1tsp baking powder

Directions

  • 01

    Grease and line a baking tin.In a bowl,sieve together flour,baking powder and cocoa powder.

    In another bowl add oil, eggs, sugar and beat till frothy

  • 03

    Add vanilla, beetroot puree, flour mixture and fold .

  • 04

    Pour the cake batter on the prepared tin and bake in a 180'c preheated oven for 35mins.
