Chicken - 500 gms
Lemon juice - 2 tbsps
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsps
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Peppercorns - 1/4 tsp
Cloves - 2
Dry Red Chilly - 2 broken
Butter - 2 tbsp
1 tbsp salt or as per your taste
Water - 1/2 cup or as required
Marinate the chicken in salt, pepper powder, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp Lemon juice for one hour.
Heat butter in a pan. Add the peppercorns, cloves and dry red chillies and saute for a min.
Add the remaining ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
Add the marinated chicken and cook over high heat for about 5 mins.
Add ½ cup of water and simmer for 10-15 mins.
Add the remaining lemon juice and cook over high heat for 5 mins and take off the heat.
