Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 cups shell pasta
  • 1 cups milk
  • 1 cups beet puree
  • 1 cups onion
  • 1 cups mix bell peppers
  • 6 nos basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flakes
  • 2 tbsp pasta seasoning
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 5 nos olives
  • 3 nos cheese cubes

Directions

  • Boil water in pan add salt and oil
  • Add pasta and let it boil
  • When boil strain and remove from hot water
  • Heat pan and add butter
  • Add milk and cook
  • Then adf beet puree and grate 2 cubes of cheese
  • Cook till thick
  • In other pan heat butter and adf onion
  • Saute and add garlic
  • Then add bell peppers
  • Add spices
  • Add pasta and mix all of them in beet sauce
  • Don't cook very much we want bite
  • Grate cheese and add olives and basil leaves
  • Sprinkle flakes and serve pasta
