  • 250 gms buckwheat flour

  • 100 ml milk

  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 nos bar dark chocolate

  • 100 gms powdered sugar

  • 20 gms strawberries for garnishing

  • 20 gms white sesame seeds

  • 4 tbsp oil


  • Take 250 g of buck wheat flour in a bowl and add all dry ingredients
  • Add sugar , cocoa powder , baking powder ,til seeds and baking soda and mix them thoroughly.
  • Mix all wet ingredients together.
  • Mix milk ,oil together
  • Now add these wet ingredients into the dry one and mix all together with a stirrer.
  • Adjust the consistency.
  • Now separate the batter in three microsafe bowls . Starting from bigger to the smaller one..as we have to make three circular discs stacked one above the other.
  • Transfer them in all these microwave safe containers by greasing them and keep it under ordinary microwave mode for 4 minutes each , power 1000 watts.
  • Demould once they are ready .after cooling them
  • Apply melted chocolate on each disc.
  • I have melted the dark chocolate in the microwave only .
  • Keep the discs one above the other and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  • Decorate with fresh strawberries .
