Firstly cut arbi into 2 half n fry till they turn little brownish n keep aside
Now coarsely grind coriander garlic chillies n onion.
Now heat oil add the green masala n saute for few mins add the dry masalas cook on liw flame cook till oil seperates.. add 1/2 cup water.. n cook..
Now put the fried arbi n mix well.. n cook till it it a bit dry .
Now add 1 cup of water n let it cook on low flame..
f u want to have it dry then let it cook till the is gravy is consumed.. or else adjust gravy according to ur need.
Enjoy hot with chappaties
