Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup semolina


  • 1/4 cup curd


  • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes, green chilly, carrots and capsicum


  • 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala


  • 1/4 tsp haldi pwd


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 2 carrot chopped


  • 2 onion chopped


  • 4 boiled and mashed potato


  • 1/4 cup tomato puree


  • 1/4 cup green peas


  • 1/4 cup chopped beans


  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


  • 50 gm butter

Directions

  • Mix curd in semolina and add 1/4 cup of chopped veggies add salt, pav bhaji masala and baking powder
  • Grease silicone waffle mould
  • Add spoonful of batter in it to make waffles
  • Bake it at 160°for 25 mins or cook till golden brown
  • Meanwhile pressure cook the veggies.. Carrot, peas and beans
  • Heat one tbsp butter in a wok and add chopped onion and fry it add grated ginger and green chilly saute it and add boiled veggies in it let it simmer
  • Mash the veggies with potato masher and add mashed potato and tomato puree in it
  • Add haldi powder, red chilly and pav bhaji masala and salt
  • Adjust the spices according to your taste
  • Serve it with waffles
