Vaal is a rich source of protein and loaded with Vitamin A and Vitamin B Complex. It contains dietary fibre which helps digestion. It also boosts the immune system and help fight fatigue.

fresh vaal beans 200 gms
onion finely chopped 2 nos
tomatoes finely chopped 2 nos
Salt as per taste 1 pinch
chaat masala 1 tsp
red chilli powder or black pepper 1 tsp
Coriander for garnishing 8-10 nos
lime juice. 2 tbsp
Boil vaal by adding sum salt n give 2_3 whistles.
Wen its boiled strain n let it cool.
Now add all the above ings n mix well.
Garnish with coriander n spring lime juice n serve.
