Description

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • fresh vaal beans 200 gms

  • onion finely chopped 2 nos

  • tomatoes finely chopped 2 nos

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • chaat masala 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder or black pepper 1 tsp

  • Coriander for garnishing 8-10 nos

  • lime juice. 2 tbsp

Directions

    Boil vaal by adding sum salt n give 2_3 whistles.

    Wen its boiled strain n let it cool.

  • 03

    Now add all the above ings n mix well.

  • 04

    Garnish with coriander n spring lime juice n serve.
