Vaal salad


Vaal is a rich source of protein and loaded with Vitamin A and Vitamin B Complex. It contains dietary fibre which helps digestion. It also boosts the immune system and help fight fatigue.

  • 200 gms fresh vaal beans

  • 2 nos onion finely chopped

  • 2 nos tomatoes finely chopped

  • 1 pinch salt as per taste

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder or black pepper

  • 8-10 nos coriander for garnishing

  • 2 tbsp lime juice.


  • Boil vaal by adding sum salt n give 2_3 whistles.
  • Wen its boiled strain n let it cool.
  • Now add all the above ings n mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander n spring lime juice n serve.
