Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg matar(green peas)


  • 1 tsp teel(sesame seeds)


  • 1 /2 tsp jeera


  • Pinch of hing


  • 1/8 tsp haldi(turmeric)


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp dhana powder


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • Salt to taste


  • 1/8 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • Matar(green peas) ko chhil le or iske sare dane side me rakh le
  • Matar ke chhilko me se ander ke sides se ek patli parat nikale patli parat ka chhilka fek de or mote wale chhilke ko use kare.
  • Sare chhilke ko isi tarah se chhilka nikal le
  • Pani se wash kare
  • Ek pan me oil garam kare
  • Jeera, hing, teel add kare or tadkne de
  • Fir matar ke chhilke, salt, haldi, garam masala add kare or achhe se milakr 2 min dhak kar paka le
  • 2 min baad isme red chilli powder, dhana powder add kare or 1 min paka kar gas band kar de
  • Roti ke sath garma garam matar ke chhilke ki sabji ko serv kare
  • Ek baar jarur banaye....bahot hi tasty or healthy sabji h..or ye bahot hi jaldi cook ho jati h.
