The Hyderabadi Shahi green (Hara sabzi) Mixed Vegetable Curry Recipe is a rich gravy dish that has a creamy texture.

1/2 cups palak
1 cups coriander boiled n grind to a thick paste
2 nos medium sized onion finely chopped
2 nos carrots,capsicum cut lenghtwise
1/2 cups frozen mutter
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cups almond paste
1/2 cups fresh cream
3/4 cups tomato puree
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paneer masala
1 tsp sabzi masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 pinch salt as per taste
Directions
Heat oil in a pan saute onion till pinkish add all the veges n cook on liw flame till they r tender.
Now add all the dry masalas n mix well n cook for few mins..
Now add the tomato puree n cook till oil seperates.
Add the almond paste n cream mix well n cook for few mins.
Finally add the palak puree n again cook..adjust the thickness of the gravy ..if necessary add sum water.. n cook.
Ur hydrabadi hara sabzi is rdy
While serving toss sum fresh cream n serve with nan or parathas.
