Ingredients

Serves 4

  • palak 1/2 cups

  • coriander boiled n grind to a thick paste 1 cups

  • medium sized onion finely chopped 2 nos

  • carrots,capsicum cut lenghtwise 2 nos

  • frozen mutter 1/2 cups

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • almond paste 1/2 cups

  • fresh cream 1/2 cups

  • tomato puree 3/4 cups

  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • paneer masala 1 tsp

  • sabzi masala 1 tsp

  • turmeric 1 tsp

  • salt as per taste 1 pinch

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan saute onion till pinkish add all the veges n cook on liw flame till they r tender.

    Now add all the dry masalas n mix well n cook for few mins..

    Now add the tomato puree n cook till oil seperates.

  • 04

    Add the almond paste n cream mix well n cook for few mins.

  • 05

    Finally add the palak puree n again cook..adjust the thickness of the gravy ..if necessary add sum water.. n cook.

    Ur hydrabadi hara sabzi is rdy

    While serving toss sum fresh cream n serve with nan or parathas.
