The Hyderabadi Shahi green (Hara sabzi) Mixed Vegetable Curry Recipe is a rich gravy dish that has a creamy texture.

  • 1/2 cups palak

  • 1 cups coriander boiled n grind to a thick paste

  • 2 nos medium sized onion finely chopped

  • 2 nos carrots,capsicum cut lenghtwise

  • 1/2 cups frozen mutter

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 cups almond paste

  • 1/2 cups fresh cream

  • 3/4 cups tomato puree

  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp paneer masala

  • 1 tsp sabzi masala

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • Heat oil in a pan saute onion till pinkish add all the veges n cook on liw flame till they r tender.
  • Now add all the dry masalas n mix well n cook for few mins..
  • Now add the tomato puree n cook till oil seperates.
  • Add the almond paste n cream mix well n cook for few mins.
  • Finally add the palak puree n again cook..adjust the thickness of the gravy ..if necessary add sum water.. n cook.
  • Ur hydrabadi hara sabzi is rdy
  • While serving toss sum fresh cream n serve with nan or parathas.
