Ingredients
Serves 10
1 1/2 cups cooked and thoroughly rinsed black beans
1/2 cup quick cooking oats, powdered
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped chocolate chip
1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 175'C
Melt 1/3 cup dark chocolate along with coconut oil in microwave for a minute or so.
Combine all ingredients together except choco chips and walnuts in a good food processor and blend until completely smooth.
Mix in choco chips and walnuts.
Pour the batter in 8*8 inch greased pan and smooth the top by spreading evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Cool completely before trying to slice . (To get clean cuts use a warm knife)
