maggi jst gv 2_3 boil strain n let it rest for 30_35 mins. 1 nos
potatoes boiled n mashed 250 gms
frozen green peas 100 gms
sabudana grind to make powder 3/4 cups
red chilli 1 tsp
chat masala 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
amchur powder 1 tsp
blk pepper 1 tsp
salt as per taste 1 pinch
cumin seeds 1 tsp
coriander 1 tsp
Make a dough by adding potatoes n sabudana powder salt n coriander. keep aside.
Now in a pan put green peas n all the spices mix n saute for 2 mins without oil.
Now make small balls from.potato mix flaten it with the help of ur palm . put 1 tbsp of mutter n roll n gv a ball shape..n deep fry.
By now ur maggi must be dry. take sum maggi in a serving spoon n put in hot oil.let it become brown turn the side n jst press it with spoon to flaten a bit.. let the other side also become brown n crispy.
Now a serving plate ..place the maggi that u hv fried . cut the potato ball into two half place it over maggi.. cut cucumber n garnish it.
serve hot with sauce n green chutney.
Remember it is supposed to b served hot so maggi shud b fried jst before serving..or else ur maggi will nt be crispy.
