Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gram basmati rice


  • 200 gram green peas


  • 200 gram csuliflower


  • 1 carrot


  • 1/2 cup soya chunks


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 1 potato


  • 2 tablespoon ghee


  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds


  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder


  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 2 teaspoon Salt

Directions

  • Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes
  • Chopped cauliflower ,carrot and potato into small cubes
  • Put a pot on medium heat
  • Add ghee in it
  • Add cumin seeds
  • Add turmeric powder ,red pepper powder
  • Add 2 glasses of water
  • Add salt and garam masala powder
  • Add soaked rice
  • Add all the vegetables
  • Add chopped ginger
  • Cover with a lid and cook till all things are soft
  • Serve hot with curd ,chutney and papad
