Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes
Chopped cauliflower ,carrot and potato into small cubes
Put a pot on medium heat
Add ghee in it
Add cumin seeds
Add turmeric powder ,red pepper powder
Add 2 glasses of water
Add salt and garam masala powder
Add soaked rice
Add all the vegetables
Add chopped ginger
Cover with a lid and cook till all things are soft
Serve hot with curd ,chutney and papad
