Ingredients

Serves 4

  • for dough: 2 cup wheat flour / atta

  • 2½ tsp oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup water to knead

  • for stuffing: 1½ cup mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup cheese grated

  • 2 tbsp onion finely chopped

  • 1/2 capsicum red & green, finely chopped

  • 5 olives finely chopped optional

  • 1/2 cup Greated cabbage

  • 5 jalapeno finely chopped optional

  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste

  • other ingredients: 1 cup wheat flour / atta

  • 1/2cup pizza sauce

  • 2 tsp chilli flakes

  • 2 tsp mixed herbs basil, marjoram, oregano,rosemary, sage, thyme

  • oil for roasting 2tbs or butter or ghee

Directions

    To make a whole wheat dough in a bowl and cover with them. In a bowl mix all stuffing ingredients. Now pinch a ball sized dough, roll and flatten it. also dust with some wheat flour.

    spread 2 tsp of pizza sauce leaving the space from sides place 1 tbsp full of prepared pizza stuffing in the centre.

    sprinkle ¼ tsp chilli flakes and ¼ tsp mixed herbs. take the edge and start pleating bringing to centre.

    Also join the pleats together and secure tight.sprinkle some flour and roll slightly thick.

    place the paratha on a hot tawa and cook for a minute.

    furthermore, when the base is partly cooked (after a minute), flip the pizza paratha. also brush oil / ghee and press slightly. flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.

    finally, serve hot pizza paratha with sauce.
