Ingredients
Serves 4
for dough: 2 cup wheat flour / atta
2½ tsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water to knead
for stuffing: 1½ cup mozzarella
1/2 cup cheese grated
2 tbsp onion finely chopped
1/2 capsicum red & green, finely chopped
5 olives finely chopped optional
1/2 cup Greated cabbage
5 jalapeno finely chopped optional
1/4 tsp salt to taste
other ingredients: 1 cup wheat flour / atta
1/2cup pizza sauce
2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp mixed herbs basil, marjoram, oregano,rosemary, sage, thyme
oil for roasting 2tbs or butter or ghee
Directions
To make a whole wheat dough in a bowl and cover with them. In a bowl mix all stuffing ingredients. Now pinch a ball sized dough, roll and flatten it. also dust with some wheat flour.
spread 2 tsp of pizza sauce leaving the space from sides place 1 tbsp full of prepared pizza stuffing in the centre.
sprinkle ¼ tsp chilli flakes and ¼ tsp mixed herbs. take the edge and start pleating bringing to centre.
Also join the pleats together and secure tight.sprinkle some flour and roll slightly thick.
place the paratha on a hot tawa and cook for a minute.
furthermore, when the base is partly cooked (after a minute), flip the pizza paratha. also brush oil / ghee and press slightly. flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
finally, serve hot pizza paratha with sauce.
