Ingredients

Serves 4

  • long green achari chillies 250 gms

  • mustard oil 2 tbsp

  • aachari masala 1 tbsp

  • amchur powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • mustard seeds (rai) 1 tbsp

  • salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • juice of lime 1 nos

  • meta bi_ sulphate 1 pinch

Directions

    Wash n leave chilies in salt water for half an hour now boil them with the same salted water till they change colour. drain the water n leave the chillies in a stainer till the water us completely drained .

    can leave it for 1 hour or more.

    now heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds. When they start splitering add the green chillies salt amchur n aachar masala n mix well.

    let it cook till it statrs leaving oil

  • 05

    cook for about 19 mins on low flame

    off the flame add lime juice n meta bi_sulphate n mux well. let it cool

    store in glass jar or air tight container.

  • 08

    self life 15_20days in fridge.
