Wash n leave chilies in salt water for half an hour now boil them with the same salted water till they change colour. drain the water n leave the chillies in a stainer till the water us completely drained .

now heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds. When they start splitering add the green chillies salt amchur n aachar masala n mix well.
let it cook till it statrs leaving oil
cook for about 19 mins on low flame
off the flame add lime juice n meta bi_sulphate n mux well. let it cool
store in glass jar or air tight container.
